To be honest though:

Your 3% off hit cap.

Your Attack power and crit are much lower than we would expect to see.

Your spec isn't right for 25mans raiding.

You need to have a look at this website http://be.imba.hu/ it will give you an idea of what level of raids your ready to access, as you can see your not ready for even tier 5, we are a tier 6 guild so im afraid were gonna have to say no.
